We offer quality décor and linen rentals of tablecloths, napkins, chair covers, overlays, chiavari chairs, candelabras, & more. With a huge array of options in every product category, you can’t go wrong when you plan your decorating details with us. Rental décor & table linen can be viewed Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, & on Saturdays by appointment.

Booking your Rentals

Contact our office to inquire about availability and book rentals for your event. Let us know what you require, how many, and for what date. It is best to know the correct size of your tables or chairs to ensure proper linen is chosen. We can help with any questions you may have.

Rental Procedures & Policy

Rental orders should be placed at least 1-2 weeks before your event to ensure availability. A minimum deposit is due to secure your booking in our office by debit, credit, or cash, or via e-transfer. A Rental Agreement will also be provided for your review. Your items will be packaged and ready for pick up on the Thursday or Friday prior to your event for a Friday-Sunday rental. Payment of the final balance is due at this time. In addition, a pre-authorized security hold on a valid Visa or MasterCard credit card based on the value of your rental will be taken. All returns must occur on the following Monday between 9:00am to 4:30pm, or late fess incur (excluding holiday Mondays, returns move to Tuesday). Your security hold will be released once a count and/or inspection of the rental items occurs with you when you return the items.
