Rental Procedures & Policy

Rental orders should be placed at least 1-2 weeks before your event to ensure availability. A minimum deposit is due to secure your booking in our office by debit, credit, or cash, or via e-transfer. A Rental Agreement will also be provided for your review. Your items will be packaged and ready for pick up on the Thursday prior to your event for a Friday-Sunday rental. Payment of the final balance is due at this time. In addition, a pre-authorized security hold on a valid Visa or MasterCard credit card based on the value of your rental will be taken. All returns must occur on the following Monday between 9:00am to 4:30pm, or late fess incur. Your security hold will be released once a count and/or inspection of the rental items occurs with you when you return the items.
